Terms of Use

Welcome to Floy. By activating your registration nodes, subscribing to our toolsets, or processing system requests across our framework, you acknowledge strict compliance with these terms of service.

1. Operational Licenses & Limitations

Granted credentials provide bounded, non-transferable access for exactly 1 year to utilize the bulk email sender, domain reputation analyzer, email verifier pipeline, and spam score checker systems. Automated scraping, network flooding, or reverse-engineering our verification nodes is strictly forbidden.

Free Tier Access: Spam Score Checker and Domain Checker are provided free of charge. Email Validator is limited to 5 checks per day on the free tier to allow users to verify system functionality. Upgrade to a paid subscription for expanded access.

2. System Integration Safety

Users assume full legal accountability for data ingested through verification arrays. Running malicious strings, falsified token paths, or cracking session architectures will result in immediate termination of the user profile without warning or liability.

3. Payment Routing Handshakes

All active membership connections are handled via external distributed cryptobox callback parameters. Licenses lock immediately to the single database entity created during matching OTP verification configurations.

4. Anti-Spam Policy & Email Sending Rules

floy.cc strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited emails (spam). Use of the Bulk Email Sender tool is a privilege governed by the following mandatory rules:

  • Consent Required: You must have explicit, verifiable consent from every recipient before sending emails through our system. Purchased, scraped, or harvested email lists are strictly prohibited.
  • Opt-Out Mechanism: Every email sent through floy.cc must include a clear, functioning unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests must be honored within 24 hours.
  • Accurate Headers: All email headers, "From" names, and subject lines must be truthful and non-deceptive. Spoofing or misleading recipients about the sender's identity is prohibited.
  • Physical Address: As required by law, all commercial emails must include a valid physical mailing address of the sender.
  • Content Restrictions: Emails promoting illegal activities, malware, phishing, adult content without proper labeling, or misleading financial claims are strictly forbidden.

Enforcement: Any violation of this Anti-Spam Policy will result in immediate suspension of your Bulk Email Sender access. Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any subscription fees. floy.cc reserves the right to review email campaigns for compliance at any time without prior notice.

5. CAN-SPAM & GDPR Compliance

Users must comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR laws. floy.cc operates globally and its tools must be used in accordance with all applicable data protection and anti-spam legislation:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.): All users sending commercial emails to U.S. recipients must comply fully with the CAN-SPAM Act, including honest subject lines, clear sender identification, valid physical addresses, and prompt honoring of opt-out requests.
  • GDPR (EU/EEA): All users processing personal data of individuals in the European Union must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. This includes having a lawful basis for processing data (such as explicit consent), providing transparent privacy notices, honoring data subject access and deletion requests, and maintaining records of consent.
  • Data Minimization: Only upload email addresses that are necessary and for which you have a lawful basis. Do not store or process personal data beyond what is required for your legitimate communication purposes.
  • User Responsibility: You, not floy.cc, are solely responsible for ensuring your email practices comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your recipients. floy.cc provides the tools but does not monitor or guarantee your legal compliance.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless floy.cc from any claims, fines, damages, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the email tools or violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any other applicable law.

6. Account Termination & Dispute Resolution

floy.cc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or poses a risk to the platform's infrastructure or reputation. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts governing floy.cc's registered operations.
