The Floy Partner Program ("Program") allows active Pro subscribers ("Partner") to earn commissions by referring new, paying Pro subscribers to Floy. This is a legitimate affiliate partnership – you earn only when you refer real businesses and individuals who purchase a Pro subscription.

No purchase is required to join the Program beyond the standard Pro subscription ($50/year), which gives you access to the tools you are promoting.

Floy operates on a rank-based growth protocol. As your referral network grows, you unlock higher ranks, larger wallet balances, and cashout permissions. Commissions are generated from every Pro subscription ($50/year) referred by your network.

Payout Methods

• Bitcoin (BTC): Automated via BTCPay Server. Payouts processed within 24 hours of request.
• Bank Transfer (SWIFT/ACH): Manual verification. Processed within 3-5 business days. Minimum $200.
• Internal Transfer: 10% fee – move funds between Floy wallets.

First Payout Holding Period

Your first cashout request is subject to a 30-day holding period from the date of your first commission. This protects against chargebacks and fraud. Subsequent cashouts have no holding period (subject to security review).

To prevent fraud and ensure compliance, Floy requires identity verification for certain cashout levels:

• Rank 3 Cashout ($50): Phone number verification + 2FA confirmation.
• Rank 2 Cashout ($750): Government-issued ID verification (driver's license, passport).
• Rank 1 Cashout ($1,500+): ID verification + W-9 or equivalent tax form (for US partners) or tax declaration for international partners.

All partners must enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) on their Floy account to request cashouts. Floy uses an automated anti-fraud monitoring system to protect your earnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• No Fake Accounts: Creating dummy accounts, using bots, or incentivizing non-genuine signups.
• No Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or comments promoting your Floy link.
• No "Get Rich Quick" Claims: Promoting Floy as an investment, pyramid scheme, or passive income guarantee.
• No Paid Ads Without Permission: Running Google/Facebook/TikTok ads directly to your affiliate link is prohibited unless you have written permission from Floy.
• No Brand Bidding: Bidding on "Floy" or similar keywords in paid search ads.
• No Refund Abuse: Referring yourself, refunding your own subscription, or using stolen payment methods.
• No Misleading Content: Creating fake reviews, impersonating Floy employees, or making false promises about earnings.

Allowed promotion methods: Personal blogs, YouTube reviews, social media (organic), email lists you own (with consent), word-of-mouth, and legitimate content marketing. When in doubt, ask us at support@floy.cc.

• Active Pro Subscription: You must maintain an active Pro subscription to participate and earn commissions. If your Pro subscription expires, you will stop earning new commissions (existing earned but unpaid commissions remain payable for 30 days).
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate personal and payment information. Floy is not responsible for lost payments due to incorrect information.
• Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including tax reporting for commissions earned. Floy may issue tax forms where required by law.
• Honest Promotion: You must represent Floy honestly and accurately. Do not make claims about earnings or product capabilities that are not verified.

By Floy: We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms, fraud, or any activity that harms Floy's reputation. In such cases, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

By You: You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting support. Commissions earned up to termination date will be paid according to the standard schedule, provided they meet minimum thresholds and are not subject to fraud review.

Effect of Pro Subscription Expiry: If your Pro subscription lapses, your partner link becomes inactive. You will not earn commissions on new referrals after expiration. You have 30 days to renew before any pending commissions are permanently forfeited.

Floy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our maximum liability is limited to the unpaid commissions owed to you. This Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Floy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with 14 days' notice via email to active partners. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.

By requesting a partner link through your Floy dashboard, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this entire Agreement.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations related to commissions earned.
• Floy may contact you via email regarding Program updates.
